Being a mom brings us to a continuous state of giving which fills our hearts as we care for those important people in our lives. Yet now more than ever it is important for us to circle this giving back to ourselves so that we may stay connected and grounded in that person who keeps it all going - US.

Meditation is a tool to help us train our minds to enjoy and live in the present moment; to recover our personal power and reconnect to our authentic heart. 

We invite you to join us in the journey to recovering this connection, reducing anxiety, and enjoying more of all the magical moments we have in our lives right here and now.

This meditation series is designed to give you the tools to get to the point of being aware of our feelings and guiding them to higher energy levels on an everyday basis.
